Wondrous optical effects are part of the appeal of 3form’s Textures Collection. Applied to the brand’s Varia resin partition, the translucent range of architectural surfaces refracts beams of late-afternoon sun onto the workplace floor, casts colleagues in glowing silhouette and imbues any office interior with a minimal yet expressive personality. But its functionality is also its biggest selling point: The custom walls provide both ample privacy and close-knit community.
Textures Collection features six textures, from simple line repeats to bold art deco shapes, each with a distinct vision or historical reference that energizes the modern office with elegance. The three linear patterns encompass Rohe, with its squared horizontal lines and dense matte finish; Capitol, a shiny, rippling design with wide, smooth lines; and Ozner, an ultra-private pattern with six-inch stripes made of dense striations. The three vintage-inspired patterns are Deco, replete with arches and glossy in finish; Walker, a prismatic motif reminiscent of a classic whiskey tumbler; and Bravo, a knurled pattern with 30-centimetre bands on the top and bottom.
Available in a variety of striking colours, the deeply impactful Textures Collection can be used for half-desk partitions, full partitions, sliding doors, wall dividers, art features and more. Varia, which comes in 122-by-244-centimetre and 122-by-305-centimetre modules with 9.5-millimetre and 12.7-millimetre gauges, is made using pre-consumer recycled material; it’s also durable, formable and easy to fabricate on site.
