An iconic feature of classic architecture — the Grecian Doric column — inspired Lukas Peet’s design for A-N-D. Instead of structural support, however, this one adds warmth, illumination and sculptural beauty to any room it inhabits. Made of modules of mould-blown glass that are joined by threaded metallic fasteners, Column can be arranged in stacks of up to six units and mounted either vertically or horizontally as a table lamp, floor lamp or pendant. Available in a semi-mirrored transparent carbon finish or a stone-like powdered ivory finish, it’s a novel interpretation of one of architecture’s most influential forms.
