This family home in Baie-d’Urfé, Quebec, was transformed to make artful use of its irregularly shaped lot and maximize natural light through large rectangular windows that frame calming exterior views. Monochrome finishes (including hand-trowelled plaster walls and concrete floors) and gently curving surfaces (such as a round skylight, arched doorways and the gently contoured rail of the staircase) create a cozy living space.
